LA CROSSE, Wis. – On a rough sea of commodity prices, pay prices for members of CROPP Cooperative, which markets the Organic Valley and Organic Prairie brands, were steady to increased this year. Sales supported that trend, boosting the co-op past $1 billion in sales for the first time in its 27-year history.
